I'm Naomi, the founder and principal consultant behind CaraNaomi. After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill with an MFA in Studio Art, I spent over a decade in corporate event planning (for clients like H&R Block, C2FO) and startup operations—from a Chan Zuckerberg Initiative-backed edtech center to Kansas City's acclaimed Documenters program. Through it all, the most rewarding moments came from genuine, one-on-one connections where I could tackle challenges alongside my clients. That deep satisfaction of collaboration and being the reliable, optimistic person you can count on—especially when things feel overwhelming—became my calling and why CaraNaomi exists today.
